I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of Chitova's Guesthouse. The decor was charming and had a beautiful African touch, creating a warm and homely feel. The general areas of the guesthouse, such as the patio and pool, were spacious and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the accommodation was, with comfortable seating areas and easy navigation throughout the property. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps some additional support or services specifically designed for elderly guests would have made the vacation even better for us.

The breakfast was mind-blowing, always on time and served with a delightful smile. Lisah and Christine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was super enjoyable, helping us with activities and restaurant recommendations. The pool was kept jaw-dropping clean every day, and we felt incredibly safe with 24-hour security. The spacious accommodation was well-furnished with fast Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a bonus. The hosts efficiently handled power cuts and the generator kept us comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

I absolutely loved the beautiful and cozy decoration of the hotel. It felt like a home away from home, with its warm colors and comfortable furniture. The general areas, such as the living room and garden, were spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The pathways were well-maintained, and there were no stairs or obstacles that would make it difficult for me to move around comfortably.
I only wish that the hotel had more support for senior guests. While the staff were friendly and helpful, it would have been wonderful if they had more knowledge and resources specifically catering to the needs of older individuals.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chitova's Guesthouse. The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with a warm and welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the guesthouse were spacious and well-maintained, allowing me to move around easily without any hindrances. Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with convenient ramps and elevators making it easy for me to navigate the property. It was reassuring to know that the owners had taken into consideration the needs of older guests like myself.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have clearer instructions and recommendations provided by the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there could have been better prepared to discuss all the available activities and attractions in the area, especially for someone like me who wanted to make the most out of my time in Victoria Falls.

We had a blast exploring Victoria Falls and partying with our squad. The location was dope, just a quick walk to all the cool shops and attractions. The best part was that we had the whole place to ourselves, so we could turn up without any worries!
The only thing we wished for was a sick sound system in the house. We wanted to have epic dance parties every night, but the speakers were pretty basic.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the pool was a great way to cool off in the hot weather. Plus, it was just a short walk to the shops, so we could easily grab snacks and drinks. It was the perfect place for a young party-going group like ours!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife nearby. While we had a blast at the house and in town during the day, it would've been even more fun if there were more party options for us young folks at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Chitova's Guesthouse. the house was spacious and comfortable, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. the beds were cozy and the showers had plenty of hot water. the swimming pool was beautiful and kept very clean, with a refreshing waterfall. Lisah and Christine, the staff members, were extremely helpful and served us a delightful breakfast every morning. They were also great with our grandchildren, who are 7 and 5 years old. Lisah was always prompt in answering our questions and helping us navigate around. it was a fantastic experience. Cons: Can't fault anything about it. 😊.
